BBQ Garden Party

This divine package is designed to create the perfect, mid-summer, dream wedding. Picture a BBQ banquet whilst sitting in the beautifully warm sun, surrounded by your loved ones on your special day. Available from June through September, prices start at £8,855 for 60 guests. Guest numbers may be increased for an individual price per person.

Included in this package:

• The personal service of an experienced wedding coordinator who will help you throughout the planning process and provide on the day coordination

• 4pm ceremony under our Victorian style gazebo, with wet weather option of the beautifully light function room.

• Evening party until midnight

• Your choice of 5 different canape options to be served with your drinks reception

• PIMMs o’clock drinks reception alongside refreshing homemade lemonade

• Garden party BBQ

• Your choice of 5 different mini desserts for a dessert table

• Prosecco toast drink for speech time!

• Fully stocked, licensed, and staffed bar

• Only one wedding per day

Optional Upgrades for an additional fee;

• A sparkling drinks reception along with a ‘Pimp your prosecco’ stand including; a small carafe of orange juice and elderflower cordial, a choice of either Aperol, Raspberry Liquor or Elderflower Liquor, a shimmer sparkle to make your prosecco shine and fresh summer berries

• Add a Sweetie table as a treat for your guests

• Complete your drinks package with buckets of 20 bottled beers.

• 6 hour use of Quex House – use of the brides dressing room for preparations on the wedding morning, and use of the Grand Hall as a alternative ceremony space
