At Weddings at Quex, all catering is prepared in house. Restaurant quality food served on a banqueting scale, with an extensive menu to ensure there is something to suit everyone’s palate. Created with quality, local produce and presented beautifully.
Quality, Local Produce
We are proud to use local suppliers, with most being within a ten mile radius of Quex Estate, for example Crusties bakery, who have a shop in Birchington, and Butchers of Brogdale, a family run business in Canterbury.
Head Chef - Dom
Dom began his career training at Canterbury College, after which he then moved to France to further his career and begin an apprenticeship in classical training. Dom has worked at various restaurants throughout Kent and London, and is most proud of his time working for one of England’s top celebrity chefs at their central London kitchen.
