We would love to be a part of your big day, so allow us to provide you with a glimpse of what we can offer you for your wedding day.
Preparing for your arrival
We are an independently run business on the exclusive estate of Quex Park.
After turning into the entrance of Quex Park, continue straight on, following the signs to ‘Weddings and Events at Quex Park’. Here you will find plenty of space to park on the right.
Weddings and Events at Quex Park is located adjacent to Quex House & Gardens.
Once parked, please meet us on the patio, underneath the archway directly opposite the car park.

Pleased to meet you!
We will be ready to meet you on our front patio outside of our reception room.
You will be met by either of our owners, Molly or Laura, or one of our friendly coordinators, Alice or Chessie.
We start by taking a walk down to the beautiful Quex House, into the Grand Hall, one of our three licensed ceremony areas, before ascending the oak staircase into the ‘Roberts room’. The Roberts room is your exclusive bridal suite, available up to 6 hours before your ceremony. Here you will be able to relax and get ready, maybe with a glass of bubbles or two!
You are welcome to have make-up artists and hairdressers join you, and we are happy to liaise with them prior to your day to ensure a smooth timeline.
You are provided with complimentary tea and coffee, but should you wish to have some breakfast you are welcome to sit at Felicity’s cafe or this can be brought over to you in the Roberts room.

A stunning, intimate location for your ceremony, providing space for up to 120 guests.
Situated in the grounds of Quex House, with a backdrop of 15 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, informal woodland and herbaceous borders, you will feel as though you are completely in your own private oasis, surrounded by your closest family and friends.
Three Licensed Ceremony Spaces
One of our indoor ceremony areas, situated inside Quex House. Walking from the Roberts room, you will descend the staircase to greet up to 70 of your friends and family.
Our third licensed area, with romantic french doors out onto the patio. An indoor ceremony space to seat up to 120 guests.
For something a bit different…
Unite your friends and family for a unique day in complete privacy, set in amongst the 15 acres of informal gardens of Quex House. With the capacity to hold up to 200 guests, the Tipi tents are magical. With their natural canvas, wooden poles and fairy lights, they create a beautiful ambience for your day.
The gardens at Quex Park provide a selection of unique backdrops which are both fascinating and dramatic, meaning there is no end to photographic opportunities. No country house would be complete without extensive gardens and Quex is no exception with acres of beautiful, informal gardens available including lawns, herbaceous borders, ponds, and a Victorian walled garden.

After the ceremony, it’s time to celebrate and forget all of those pre wedding nerves!
Our team will be ready to greet your guests with your post ceremony drinks reception. With an array of drinks to choose from, and canapes if you wish, there is something to suit everybody’s tastes.
Our glass patio doors will be opened to welcome your guests into our light and airy dining hall.
A blank canvas for you to create your dream look, the versatility of the room means the design options are endless!
Included in your venue hire will be your tables and chairs, crisp white tablecloths, napkins, all cutlery, crockery and glassware, and laying up of the tables.
This space also lends itself to being the perfect area to have your wedding cake on display.
Food Glorious Food!
Once seated it’s time to begin your wedding breakfast. Our in house team will have been preparing your dishes the morning of your wedding, using locally sourced ingredients, to ensure your food is as fresh as possible!
We have a wide variety of menu options, from a delicious 3 course sit down meal, to hot buffets and BBQ’s.

Our fully stocked bar will be open all day, with last orders being called 30 minutes before the end of the night.
The Dining Hall is cleared to allow plenty of room for a dancefloor where you can flaunt your best dance moves! Prior to this your evening entertainment would have arrived and set up ready to begin the evening party.
Should you wish, the gardens of Quex House are the perfect backdrop for a firework display, adding that extra sparkle to your evening!
As the last song finishes, it’s time for guests to hop in their carriages headed home! There are many local accommodation options within the estate itself and surrounding areas, should your guests wish to stay nearby.
