The Quex House estate spans 200 acres, with immaculately landscaped gardens and terraces. During an open day, you’re invited to freely stroll these areas to visualise your ceremony backdrop, photo shoot locations, and outdoor reception.
From topiary to Victorian walled gardens, everywhere you look is Instagram-worthy. Our team will be on hand to suggest the best spots around the grounds for each part of your wedding day.

After exploring outdoors, head inside Quex House to view the luxurious rooms for your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. At an open day, you’ll get a feel for the different layouts and capacities of where you’d like your wedding to be held. Much of Quex House, the Grand Hall and The Roberts Room are also open to view, which we use for bridal preparations on the big day.

One of the best parts of a Quex open day is mingling with our events team and recommended suppliers over delicious bites and refreshments. With a glass of bubbly in hand, get your burning wedding questions answered and receive tailored advice for your big day.
You’ll also get to sample mouth-watering canapés prepared by our professional in-house caterers. Our menus use fresh, locally sourced Kentish ingredients to reflect the seasons. It’s a tasty preview of what we can create for your wedding breakfast.
