Our stately function room with its soaring ceilings and abundant natural light creates an uplifting space perfect for meetings, conferences, training seminars and receptions. With seating for up to 120 guest’s theatre-style, the room’s flexible layout accommodates any event format or group size.

We offer cabaret-style seating suitable for conferencing, U-shaped boardroom setups ideal for training sessions, and banquet seating perfect for awards dinners. Our onsite AV equipment includes a projector, screen, Wi-Fi, flip charts and a PA system.

Start with our convenient half-day package at only £22.50 per attendee. This grants you use of our function spaces from 9am to 1pm, including two refreshment breaks to keep your guests refreshed and focused.

For a full day event, our standard rate is £39.50 per person. This provides rental from 9am to 5pm, three refreshment breaks, and a delicious buffet lunch spread to fuel your team.

Looking for something more upscale than a buffet? Upgrade to a hot plated two-course meal for only £10 more per head. This elevates your lunch offering for an elegant dining experience.

The venue rental fee includes use of the function room, onsite AV equipment, tables/chairs and setup/teardown. Catering, activities and rentals for speciality linens or furnishings are additional.

Standard venue access is 8am-midnight on the day of your event. Earlier access for setup and rehearsal can be arranged for an additional fee.

Yes, our culinary team can accommodate any dietary restrictions and customise menus. We have extensive experience with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan/vegetarian and other special diets.

We require the use of our onsite catering for most events, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with a venue buy-out fee.

Yes, Quex meets British accessibility standards with ramps, lifts and accessible restrooms available in all function spaces.

Yes, we proudly partner with a couple of local accommodations that provide special rates and packages for Quex events. These include the charming Cheesemans Farm Stables cottages and the Quex Barn Lodges located right on our estate. We highly recommend reserving rooms early at these properties or any of our additional recommended nearby hotels to ensure availability for you and your guests.
